Business Tax Certificates and Permits
As of September 1, 2024, all NEW Building, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, and Roofing permits and inspections (including New Business Inspections) will be applied for and inspected by the Catoosa County Planning and Inspections Department.
Inspections for all permits issued PRIOR to September 1, 2024, will continue to be scheduled for inspection with the City of Fort Oglethorpe.
Inquiries, applications, or inspections regarding the following areas will continue to be served by the City of Fort Oglethorpe are Driveway/Street Cut, Food Service Plumbing/Grease Trap, Sewer Plumbing, Zoning, Annexation, Stormwater, and BMP.
