Starting on Monday, July 25th, road construction will begin on Mack Smith Road, between May Street and Ann Drive. This construction is to replace a Culvert and for road improvements. This section of Mack Smith Road will be closed for approximately 90 days. Citizens are asked during this time to use the following alternative routes:
Traveling South on Mack Smith Road from East Ridge area:
Turn right at the roundabout on Steele Road. Follow Steele Road to Lakeview Drive. Turn left on Lakeview Drive and follow to Cloud Springs Road. Detour signs will be posted along the route.
Traveling North on Mack Smith Road to East Ridge area:
Take Cloud Springs Road to Lakeview Drive. Turn onto Lakeview Drive and follow to Steele Road. Turn right onto Steele Road and follow to the roundabout. Circle the roundabout and take the second exit onto Mack Smith Road northbound. Detour signs will be posted along the route.
