Visa & Master cards are accepted in person for WATER and SEWER payments, over the phone at 1-855-747-0523 and online through nexBillPay.

Payments may be made at Fort Oglethorpe City Hall Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or left in the 24 hour drop box located outside of City Hall’s main entrance. Other types of payments accepted at City Hall are cash, check or money order.

Water & Sewer bills are due on the 20th of each month.
If bill remains unpaid 10 days after the “DUE DATE,” service will be disconnected without further notice. The Gross Amount due, plus a $35 Administration fee, must be paid before service is restored. All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee and the account is put on cash basis for 1 year.
If bill is not paid 10 days after the “Due Date”:
Administration Fees: Residential $35 / Commercial $100.00
